Trusted Faith Financial

How we protect your information

Client Hub privacy notice · last updated October 2026

What we collect

What you or your advisor enter in your portal: contact details, household members, income, taxes, accounts, debts, coverage, estate documents, beneficiaries and goals; documents you upload; appointments; and the steps of any program you're in. We also keep a record of sign-ins and of every change, so there is always a history of who did what.

Who can see it

You, the people in your household you've given portal access, and the Trusted Faith Financial team members working with you. Agents see only the households assigned to them. When a strategy involves a partner (for example a CPA, an estate attorney or a tax strategy firm), we share only what that step needs, and only with your knowledge. We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.

How it's protected

Your choices

You can view and update your information at any time in your portal. You can ask us to turn off reminder emails, to remove someone's portal access, or to correct or delete your information, except records we're required to keep for insurance, securities or tax rules.

Tax figures and strategy summaries in the Client Hub are educational estimates, not tax or legal advice. Review them with your CPA or attorney before acting.
